I believe Kyra meant the lurking towns who do not help/contribute anything until they die, or at least, that's my interpretation. Yep, when I was writing I was thinking of what to do to address that, considering that I think you were one of the best players last game. :l I guess I've treated you like an outlier, considering my other experience of an afk (Sega) wasn't exactly a great help and others have been subbed (while in both cases you weren't, which is why I now partially attribute it to how you play). Although I did treat the apple mafia afk (in hindsight, granted) as you actually doing something since had you been completely 'useless' you would have been subbed out already. And Chaz, in some ways.. Plus, TheBirds, it's not like I'm not removing the vote once someone speaks (Simple is an exception, as I'm not sure of who to vote, and I still think Simple is a little too defensive), so yeah. It's a vote to get people to speak up, and at least acknowledge their existence in the game. Nothing wrong about being inactive, except there will be people who will suspect inactives (including me). Definitely, maybe I should edit my post to clarify this kind of stuff more, but I guess having posted the statement on day 1 implied that I wanted to lynch silent people on day 1. Which I don't, for the record. And yeah, I get that the mafia might not be any of the afks (which I don't think there are atm, mainly people who just haven't had much to say yet). Oh and before I forget: [MENTION=2351]Simple[/MENTION]; You might want to retract a vote(s), you've got two votes standing (one for me and meow IIRC). Retracting is just unbolding/striking your vote. I personally do both, but whatever goes. You just want to retract because if you are voting for either of us you want to make sure that you're actually voting for them, since what happens with improperly retracted votes is up to the host. I was just wanting to know the point of voting for me and others just because they aren't posting as much as you. When people like you have done a number of scummy things and yet people are defending you because that is your "style". And there is the matter of that post you edited something out of... Which post? Nearly all posts I have made have edits on it. I don't want to meta-game, but do read up on the previous games. I DO play like that, and I can't help it. Gen I Pokemon Mafia - Mafia Wins - Olsi - 2014-08-04 As a side note mafia normally meta games and killes the more active/better players on the early days. also I dont think luv's posts help all that much, why should he get a pass to someone not talking as much? Im with simple on this one, I dont like the attack on him/her despite it being luv's "style" Gen I Pokemon Mafia - Mafia Wins - LuvDWayULie - 2014-08-04 Olsi Wrote:As a side note mafia normally meta games and killes the more active/better players on the early days. also I dont think luv's posts help all that much, why should he get a pass to someone not talking as much? Im with simple on this one, I dont like the attack on him/her despite it being luv's "style"Oh well, I've said what I wanted to say, and how I felt about some people. If that's scummy, I can't do anything much. Simple IS suspicious to me, and that's what I can say so far. I have no physical evidence on anything except his/her way of defending. If he/she read the previous games, he/she should know that voting for someone on Day 1 need not be because he/she is a potential mafia candidate (Although in this case, he/she looks as if he/she is to me). What I will do now is wait for people to post more before deciding further. I guess I'll remove the vote on Simple when something floats up. [EDIT] If you are suss on me, Olsi, why don't you vote for me? If you truly believe that I am a mafia, then as what people have stated in the previous game, vote for that person! Go on wasting one vote against me, as I'm a harmless Pokemon
Gen I Pokemon Mafia - Mafia Wins - Olsi - 2014-08-04 Vote: LuvDWayULie happy now ? I never said you were mafia which is why i didnt vote for you initially, you werr more an example because you were talking a lot but i guess ill go for it now. Simple gave reasonable defenses in my opinion and not everyone studies past games they werent in. Youre always suspicious of people for not that much based on history Gen I Pokemon Mafia - Mafia Wins - Polantaris - 2014-08-04 TheBirds Wrote:i just gonna disagree with this completely. in the last two mafia games i was inactive basically until day 3 and in bad apple mafia when i started acting people completely ignored me despite being a mafiaso begging to be lynched. then on the flip side in bta's mafia game the same thing happened, and when i started to become active i felt like i was a massive help in pulling mafiaso out of their shell's and helping the town win. To be fair, the Bad Apple game you made a nice play where you faked wanting to get lynched. That was supported by your inactivity. The Digital Mafia game I believe you started being active on Day 2. @The Mass Reveal idea: I forgot to address this; this is the worst idea ever. Anyone could claim anything, especially in the universe we are playing in. There's way too many possibilities, and way too many chances for similar roles that this would be a disaster. If this were a different themed game, I'd be more likely to be for it, but Pokemon is too widely known, especially Gen 1, to be nothing but a disaster if we did it. Can't stop you from that. [EDIT] On another note, Shidoshi subs out ![]() [EDIT X2] Reread my posts and I do sound scummy. Argh, curses. Maybe I'm picky, but what happened to the others? MasPan and Meta, where are you? Gen I Pokemon Mafia - Mafia Wins - MetaSeraphim - 2014-08-04 LuvDWayULie Wrote:I don't want to meta-game, but do read up on the previous games. Mas, on the other hand.. He might be busy, but his quietness does not seem good. I'm keeping my vote on Simple until someone becomes more suss to me. I have no real leads, so I gotta trust my instincts. [EDIT] in fact, where's Holypie and Yoshi? More to Yoshi. I've not heard him in the last page. Gen I Pokemon Mafia - Mafia Wins - Olsi - 2014-08-04 The meta gaming is real right now, makes me feel i should keep my vote on you.
