Your trying to imply that Nexon doesn't false ban people for dumb ass reasons? Every time I see you post you always say that there has to be some ulterior motive for Nexon's actions, basically you accuse them of being illegitimate and trying to defend Nexon.
Nexon is not perfect, and neither is their autoban system. Just because something does not happen to you doesn't mean it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I play alone by myself and I have for months. That's the only reason I was at Monster Park to begin with. I collect ticket pieces and do monster kill quests (those 200, 300 at a time ones) at ToT, then move over to Monster Park during events and when I have exp multipliers to etch out some real exp. I'll second what people on here have been saying for a while though- Skelorm doesn't care why you got banned, just that you stay banned for the full duration. (just got my reply).
EDIT: To re-iterate here, I am just as confused as anyone else how I could get banned while afk at Monster Park. If this was some cut and dry case of this or that, I'd really have very little reason to post on here what happened. Just, as it stands, based on the huge increase on ban lists, and anecdotal reports from pretty much every site, along with acknowledgement from Hime herself, there's obviously a problem with the ban system. I have, and I'm sure everyone can agree, a rather abnormal ban situation, and thus I sort of felt like this was pertinent to the thread.
Not looking for sympathy. It's probably about time I quit anyways. I started this game when I was in the 8th grade and now I'm getting ready for grad school. I just wish I could have quit on my terms instead of just randomly getting feet knocked out right from under me. Since I have nothing else to lose, I sent a second ticket into Nexon, calling out GM Skelorm for having a reputation of ignoring people's false bans. If something comes of that, I'll post here, otherwise I give up, I have better things to do anyways.

Just for the record, my ticket wasn't even replied to so far. That's a good sign, I think, because Skelorm seems to love closing tickets ASAP with an useless copypasta response.

Based on the response I got, I'd have to agree with you. I don't really expect Nexon's level of customer service to be such that they'll actually honor my second ticket's request to have my case looked at by somebody other than Skelorm, but if they do, I'll make sure to relay what happens in case you should have the misfortune of running into him like I did.

Well, I'm pissed. They banned one of my best friends today.
I wonder how many players they'll lose from this. On top of losing people by wrongfully banning them, they'll lose players who quit because their friends have disappeared. I hope Nexon's losses are astronomical.

Just because it never happened to you doesn't mean it can't happen to someone else.
I admit I have trouble believing some of these stories because they are kind of far out there (No offense to anyone it doesn't mean I don't believe you) but; because I've never been banned in such a weird way or anyway for that matter I am not even going to pretend like I know better than the player who had some bad luck and think they're lying and they did something bad in the past which lead to their banning.
If you yourself have never been banned I would say you shouldn't act like you know better and that people are lying in this thread. If you don't believe them that is fine but there is no reason to come into the thread and basically call people liars.

It annoyed me so much that I didn't play the rest of the day because that got rid of my Pendant EXP bonus.

From reading the post in this thread as well as from past experiences with Nexons faulty banning system I've officially come to the conclusion that this game is broken and it is unsafe to play it. I shall only be going on for RLH but after such I shall probably go on hiatus from this game (possibly indefinitely)
Edit: on top of which seeing that hackers are possibly stealing ign's from SP is very unsettling too me, I've already been mysteriously mass defamed and accused of hacking on my kaiser in BelloNova

As far as I know, GMs don't type in the igns of hackers to be banned. Otherwise they'd never get all those keyboard-mash bots.

Whats your friend story? Kinda hard to believe it was a false ban when nexon just did a sweep of those that did the level exploit.

I just find it so goddamn hilarious how dragonnest/dungeon fighter/vindictus doesn't deal with this crap, they have GM's on the actual forums who will take care of your issue personally. Then you have maplestory who is apparently the intern department and work uniform involves wearing a helmet.

Go talk to @Zelkova; who literally live streamed himself getting permabanned in error. Seriously you have to live stream yourself playing now to make sure you don't get banned for doing something that was safe to do last server check. Its ridiculous

My case was just good timing. If I wasn't streaming when I got banned, I would probably still be banned right now.
As for Skelorm, even when I got unbanned it seemed like mostly copy pasta. Because I work in Tech Support, I too deal with tickets all day every day. I cannot begin to imagine the volume that they handle though.
