The Link Skill should be..

Next 4 attacks, increase damage by 100%. Effect is halved when linked to another character(the receiving character for the link would get 50%). 120 sec cool down.

But by "attacks", do they mean skills or hits?

As in, would a four hit skill blow the entire buff?

Probably for every activation of a skill.
Not sure how it would work for stuff like Hurricane. Having a 50% buff to it for the duration of holding down the skill 4 times is nuts, but having a 50% buff for the first 4 shots is nuts too.

It's the first four hits for Angelic Buster's hurricane so I think it'll be the same thing.

Using Angelic Buster's normal attack, the hurricane type thingy, cancels the buff after four hits, so it does not last as long as you hold it down, just for four attacks.

Well, there goes any reason for me to make this class. My Wild Hunter would only have any use for the link skill when using Swipe or Sonic Roar, but I already 1hko everything outside of the Stronghold and LHC with those skills, so there's no point.
