Bought them a few months ago in FM for 1bil (they were 3L rare 6 att u/h when I bought them)...just landed a clean slate this morning and chaos'd the last slot, they are 2 int 17 att now

No, it can only be used by Demon Slayers...it's just like the Arrows for Mercedes, even though it says Archer category, only Mercedes can use it.

No.
1. Its Untradeable so an adventurer couldnt get it anyways.
2. It says Only Demon Slayers can equip it. Its the same as Mercedes' Magic Arrows and Dual Blade's Kataras.
