12am PST is between 10pm and 4am pst.
The glitch was that they lowered pot prices, but not the NPC prices. So people bought pots and sold them back to make profit. Then combine that with people using bots and packet editors, and you get lots of mesos into the economy.

You're making this harder than it needs to be.
They're rolling back the entire day. It's possible that during the maintenance that they changed values in the game that caused this to happen. So, they're rolling back those values and re-doing them.

If you read the post by hime it answers your question.
Potion shops were selling potions for 25% of their original price. You could then resell the potions for more than you were paying and make profits off if it. Someone posted somewhere that you could make 2k meso per sunset dew resell.

I just thought it made no sense that they would say they were rolling back to 12am. No one was playing at 12am 2/2. Rolling back to 12am 2/2 would be no different to rolling back to 10pm 2/1, since all activity had ceased.

They probably know when the particular mistake happened, so they rolledback to that time to avoid losing all the work that was done last night.

I was arguing semantics the entire time without realizing that despite their server time being in PST, they were referring to est.
also, totally typo'd the month of march (referring to 2/1 & 2/2 instead of 3/1 & 3/2 >__>)

For all you know, you could either be below the median or above it. It still isn't specified directly. So while you may have a small idea about your salary, you can't really expect anything out of it.

Only partially. As long as those jobs have been up there I don't doubt they're offering really crappy pay compared to other companies. The degree of lowball was satire though, yes.
