On the other hand, Sentinel is looking pretty much like he did before, with his high health and damage. But we'll see when the game comes out, too early to judge from play previews that are supposed to showcase how good they are.

Edit: Holy crap, her gong is so awesome in this game. They made it travel so far and last so long. I can see her being one of the best keepaway counters in the game simply because of how beefed up her gong is.

It's originally in Spanish, actually, that's a Google translation. So if you read the interview yourself you'll be able to understand it better. I don't what what he means by "wont work in a 3D environment" though, and there are tons of fanmade movesets that fit well with his character without adding moves he wouldn't normally have. Capcom has a creative team, I'm sure they can think of a moveset for him. I think it's just Niitsuma doesn't have enough passion for Phoenix to consider him a realistic choice. But considering how high he is on the fan DLC pools (both official and unofficial), I'd say he'd probably push for it if he saw there was enough demand (and money) for Wright.
