Even if someone wants to go to a place like Omega Sector, they would be there mainly for a little while; it's not going to be their normal training place until kMST MAKES the place trainable. Some of the monster's appearances look NOTHING like their real level. I mean come on, some of the most chibi-looking monsters got bumped up above the 60s range. Instead of messing everything up, mainly with quests and monster drops they could have just created more monsters...tsk tsk, lazy Nexon.
