i dont ask for faster pierce, i think its fine as is, i dont ask for longer blizzard or stronger FP i am good with that, i want a BETTER SINGLE TARGET SKILL.

and fyi pierce is damn good but in no aspects the best. it has very crappy vertical range and only hits 6 monsters, so arans win on that too.

Do you have a MM in JMS? because despite the fact that the skill description says 5 seconds, the way cooldowns are done server sided means that there's actually a DELAY when the skill SHOULD be done cooling down, but it hasn't. This makes Snipe have anywhere between 5~10 second cooldown, about 7 seconds being average.
