If all it took as a class with higher single target damage, every other class already has that. Their ulti can't be spammed either. Offensively I don't think they'll be much better than Mages at bosses. However, that -20% Magic Damage party skill is enough reason to invite them to boss runs. Its a huge help for people that haven't HP washed enough to survive at PB or HT. From the looks of things, most of their attacks are Fire Element. brb buying Ewand1/5. [1.2.267] Evan Info & Skill Tables - Phail - 2009-11-19 Hey Fiel, why didn't you post anything for 10th Mastery? Onyx's Blessing Blaze Dark Fog (hits 15 monsters >_>) Soul Stone [1.2.267] Evan Info & Skill Tables - Fiel - 2009-11-19 IllegallySane Wrote:Jesus H Christ at Flame Wheel. It's already far stronger than Chain Lightning, and stronger base attack than Angel Ray. It gets worse. The 10th Master has a Chain Lighting like move, only it uses FIYAH! ![]() I will be posting 10th mastery as soon as Dark Fog finishes uploading. It's huge. So around as strong as Chain Lightning, Chain Lightning without the diminishing hits, or Chain Lightning on steroids, or..... Chain Lightning on steroids without the lame diminishing hits? :f6: [1.2.267] Evan Info & Skill Tables - Fiel - 2009-11-19 IllegallySane Wrote:So around as strong as Chain Lightning, Chain Lightning without the diminishing hits, or Chain Lightning on steroids, or..... This doesn't include any sort of amp or other buffs. Are you saying you have to buy character slots to play these classes? You do know we get a free slot each time one of these classes is released, right? Yeah, I wasn't thinking offensively. I still don't think this class is good enough to replace an attacker slot. However, they're more useful in terms of what they offer the party than Arch mages. [1.2.267] Evan Info & Skill Tables - Bribery - 2009-11-19 Are they able to save SP from 1 Master and use them in the next? (ie. Can I save SP from Master 1 and use them in Master 2?) If the Evan can help 4 DPS survive a boss (not including Bishop for support), that's almost the same as bringing 4 attackers for the price of one. Hmmm, this is actually a good question. However, I believe the game would take it as a job advance each time the dragon "grows". If not, say hello to people leeching to 120 and maxing all the good skills in one shot. Even with the new leech formula, people will pay if it means they can have all their useful skills as soon as they hit 120. Yes, this is what I mean, though I realize how awkwardly it's worded. When i say "attacker slot" I mean someone who's primary purpose of the party is attacking. I don't mean a party slot in general. Maybe my Maple slang is just mixed up. [1.2.267] Evan Info & Skill Tables - MetaSeraphim - 2009-11-19 Seems like what I said in another thread was right. Since Arans are basically warriors with ultimates, these Evans are magicians with godly single target skills. Funny how small parties are getting then 1 Bishop 1 DrK (If you need the Evan skill you need HB) 1 Evan 1 Aran (Damage reduction skill) 1 BM 1 NL Lots of support Still more effective to just keep the hp washing going Better CL skill with Ele wand and other bonuses and crit combined with sharp eyes might make for a decent attacker. But if it still uses the magic formula apples are essentially useless.
