People are thinking it's fake because the background is from Black and White, but that's pretty shoddy reasoning, though apparently the Japanese version had incredibly shoddy Japanese.. I don't like how they used the exact same screenshots available from the official site. It would also be extremely easy to fake, I could probably make something like this myself.
I don't think it's real to be honest, but it's something to think about.
My thoughts:
Kanto Pokemon: Machamp, Golem, Gengar, Lapras and Exeggutor are all pokemon I've never really cared for in the past, but I'd definitely like to see how they change through Megaevolution.
Johto Pokemon: Feraligatr. oh yes. Wobuffet, Sudowoodo and Xatu are in the same boat as the Kanto pokemon I mentioned. Can't imagine how Celebi would change.
Hoenn Pokemon: Sableye, Gardevoir, Aggron and Tropius would be interesting.
Sinnoh Pokemon: Drifblim and Carnivine! Drapion and Porygon-Z would be interesting too.
Unova Pokemon: Zoroark and Galvantula i'm curious about. Lol at Volcorona and Genesect. stupidly OP.

That perfectly describes the X/Y 3DS XL's. They literally just took the official legendary artwork and slapped them onto the red and blue 3DS's. Literally did nothing else. I've seen fan-made skins/cases with more effort put into them ffs.
X/Y XL's look like the worst designed special editions to date, including anything released in Japan so far.

Confirmed to have the new type chart, and new Mega Evolutions. (possibly including Mewtwo's second form)
I'm expecting new Pokemon too, like Orotto, finally.
And since it's the last coro-coro before release, i'm expecting it to be a big one. possibly including starter evolutions.

Copapayarigus mega evolution would be my biggest dream coming true. It's such a pineappleing awesome design already, good evolution would make me so happy.

As i've said before, I believe some pokemon are meant to be standalone, and not every pokemon family needs 3 stages.

Never used pinsir much, but I thought of him as scyther's other half first generation. Until he was left behind unevolved, unlike scizor. Wouldn't mind seeing a mega of him.

True true. Now we'll have to wait to see if it'll be free or paid DLC for future pokemon.
If it's paid it'd be something along the lines of n number of new mega pokemons to download for x dollars. I dont think they'd charge us for individual ones.....
