Was wondering if I should occult scroll it with 1 att and magic att, then incredicle chaos the last 13 slots. Wnder what the stats would be...

It only affects base stats. Attack stats that was added with a scroll will not be covered.

I know regular chaos scrolls can up them since I add att scrolls on various items [heck look at racoon masks]
Are you positively sure that chaos of goodness and incredible chaos of goodness will not affect the att and magic att added from scrolls?

I'm pretty sure there was something lost in translation here, I think it's supposed to be "Machinator Pendant". As in like, Machinations, not machines.
I also got a Dominator Pendant recipe from the same fight.
