EDIT for defensive item, Banshee's Veil is always an amazing item. Also Infinity Edge is good if you can somehow accumulate that much gold.

I haven't played with you for a while, so forgive me if I'm being too presumptious...
People at his level (and mine) may try to ward the jungle to royally screw you over. You can't forgo map awareness while jungling, and always have your own wards/escape plan. Also, watch out for people with teleport. Nothing is more demoralizing than a top laner that you saw across the map moments ago suddenly appear out of nowhere and insta-gib you when you're just about to grab blue.

This game needs more tanks, honestly. Not OFF-TANKS, not TANKY DPS, TANKS. The only ones I can think of are Amumu, Shen, Rammus, and maybe Blitzcrank.

I'm the kind of guy who runs into mana problems, so piecing together various guides, I'm feeling like I'll do alright with: Doran's Blade>lvl1 boots>Tear of the Goddess>Sheen/Mercs>Manamune>Trinity>Cleaver (IE if for some reason they don't have much armor to speak of as a team)>Banshee's>One of the other BF Sword based items or phantom dancer or something, I don't know. Doubt I'll ever get this far.

What do you need runes for? I can jungle with rammus rune and mastery less o.o

One problem with Manamune (and Archangel Staff) is that you're potentially paying for too much MP. This was one flaw that was pointed out by the professional players, and consequently, Riot decided to increase the AP gained from building your mana pool as an extra incentive. And I must say they are right. Even with Anivia, I almost never run dry with a fully charged Archangel Staff.
But by all means, if it works for you, go nuts.

I wonder if Nunu is also an OK jungler (His Consume does a shetload against creeps), though I'm somewhat doubtful about his ganking capabilities. :\
