It isn't just Frozen Orb, I tested it on a bunch of skills. Ones I found that were affected: Frozen Orb Demon Avenger's bat thing Luminous' fireball thing Cannon Master's Monkey Militia(? dunno if that's the name, the 4th job summon, Anchor doesn't work and neither does the Marksman copy of it) Mechanic's Satellie (dunno about this one, it only attacks when you attack a monster and I didn't have access to any bosses) v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Thorr - 2014-06-25 Elven Emily Wrote:These mob level changes sure make low level training confusing. The places I train are either nerfed, way stronger, or locked. There's a progression system to it. I'll quote it from Orange's Blog - Victoria Island’s taxi is now free. Some areas have had their monsters’ levels and stats adjusted. Victoria Island Henesys (except Mushroom Kingdom) – level 10~19 Perion – level 20~25, 60~65 Ellinia (except Cursed Forest and Fairy Academy Elinel) – level 25~29 Kerning City (except Kerning Square) – level 43~50 Gold Beach – level 35~45 Riena Strait – level 51~55 Sleepywood – level 66~70 El Nath Mountains Orbis (except Chryse) – level 70~75 Orbis Tower – level 76~77 El Nath – level 78~80, 117~132 Ludus Lake Eos Tower – level 93~98 Elin Forest – level 98~102 Clocktower – level 112~122 Fantastic Theme Park – level 121~125 Aqua Road areas (except Cherry Blossom Castle) – level 75~82, 106~110 Minar Forest Leafre (except Tera Forest and Colossus) – level 103~115 Mu Lung areas (except Golden Temple) – level 126~132 Nihal Desert Ariant and Magatia – level 86~99 Edelstein Leben Mine – level 81~85 Mazz Wrote:It isn't just Frozen Orb, I tested it on a bunch of skills. If mobs are vulnerable quicker after having been knocked back, these skills would hit more often. v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Mazz - 2014-06-25 Thorr Wrote:Is this perhaps part of the invincibility time adjustment, too? Maybe things that had no set delay, so they used whatever the default was, but now the default is as fast as Arrow Blaster or Hurricane? No idea. v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Takebacker - 2014-06-25 Did anyone who had points allocated to HP or MP get free CS AP resets on top of the normal AP reset? I logged in to find 15 AP resets which was exactly enough to get all the points i had put into HP and back into STR. I think they compensated people secretly and very well at that. v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - ShinkuDragon - 2014-06-25 Mazz Wrote:Interesting. Logged into my Phantom, on which I'm pretty sure I spent my remaining AP after hitting 999 LUK in HP, and found this: i washed them all once the NX resets went down to 500 NX, there's a picture around, although i think my pally still needs a few AP resets
Spoiler
the math doesn't add up, i think i'm missing around 10 AP, did you do anything special to get that message? at level 204 i have 1034 AP to use btw, which does seem to account the bonus 10 AP from long ago i think? 204*5+9+10=1034 v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - CyclingSilver - 2014-06-26 @ShinkuDragon my cn didnt get the bonus APs we got from that incident. also i am missing APs from lvl 197-200 so im stuck at 999 str and missing 29 total APs =( v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - xlxlxlxl - 2014-06-26 @Mazz Kaiser's Wing Beat does it too. Yay for 9600% damage skills :/ v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Bacon - 2014-06-26 Elite monsters can drop items of Epic rank. Got a nice 6% STR warrior shoe while training in ToT. Edit: Man, elite monster drops have REALLY nice reveals:
v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - ShinkuDragon - 2014-06-26 Mazz; MysteryMask; ok, so after checking, it seems that this time we did lose our 10 bonus AP from that old screw up, and in fact we've been missing it for a long time. this is a screenshot of my character, level 204 before the patch after i was done washing all my AP ![]() after the patch i have my 4 bases and 1034 AP which is the same at level 200 everyone has 999 main stat and 23 secondary, add 4 levels i have and it's 43 secondary, when due to that old compensation i should in fact have 53. i'm not one to go around quoting MM but if you could look into this please, it's one of those things that i can point at and say "yeah, i was there" v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Thorr - 2014-06-26 Another FYI - Tot's Know-How level skips still work. v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Marksman Bryan - 2014-06-26 Elite monsters also drop tradeable master craftsman and meister cubes, if anyone still didn't know v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Takebacker - 2014-06-26 Marksman Bryan Wrote:Elite monsters also drop tradeable master craftsman and meister cubes, if anyone still didn't know Wat. How common? Farmable? v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Dark Zero - 2014-06-26 Takebacker Wrote:Wat.Nope, it's pretty rare to find. BTW I found one after 50 elite mobs. v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Arrol - 2014-06-26 I was browsing in the Nexon forums and found a post by Waltzing explaning Eunwol's name change. Waltzing Wrote: v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - DavyJonesx - 2014-06-26 Arrol Wrote:I was browsing in the Nexon forums and found a post by Waltzing explaning Eunwol's name change. I don't get why people complain. Eunwol sounds way more stupid than Shade. v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - maplefreak26 - 2014-06-26 That entire thread on the Nexon forums is talking about how it's racist or something along the lines of how they shouldn't have changed it ("Why does everything have to be Amercanized?" "Why didn't you guys change Kanna and Hayato's name?" "It makes sense for Nexon to change the name since it's Korean but there's no Korean attributes" "That's silly, it's practically all Korean. It has fox spirits!"). One person even suggested using the name "Enshroud" and/or "Enshrouder" which in my opinion is worse than Shade. I trust that the localization team meant well when they changed the name. v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Elven Emily - 2014-06-26 I feel like I'm the only person that prefers the name Shade to Eunwol. v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - TugboatWilly - 2014-06-26 The name change is fine. I don't get why it's such a big deal but I guess the people that frequent the Nexon forums need something to complain about.
v.150 - Rising Heroes: Elite Update Notes - Takebacker - 2014-06-26 Shade is a million times better, and cooler, than eunwol. |
