Maybe for scrolls like these, they should have planned a 1min hot time again, even thought they suck cause there is a lot of lagg.

Davy, I think I know what's gonna happen now.
Since people were able to get their boxes, Nexon will have to compensate the ones who didn't. "How?" you ask? By having a Hot Time.

They simply can't do Hot Times. Their servers can't handle the load. People disconnect or can't log in, people fail to get their boxes or fail to open them (no matter what kind of delay they put in), the whole thing is frustrating for both users and Nexon staff, instead of being a happy event.
If they absolutely must give out too-good-to-allow-farming rewards like these, they should do it as part of an attendance event, or indirect attendance. (For example, put it in an event shop with quantity limit of 1, and make it cost so many coins that people have to be crazy to farm on more than a handful of accounts.)
Or raise the minimal level for opening boxes considerably (say, to 100), although that runs the risk of alienating genuine new users who joined up for the new patch and don't know how (or don't want to) level fast enough.
Yeah, giving out totally free stuff we don't have to work for is good PR, but when they can't effectively prevent abuse, it just can't be done.

Even though I didn't wanted those scrolls in the first place, I find unfair that some players could get them, and some didn't... Is the fact that I see friends of mine selling many perfect scrolled beryl / lidium hearts for stupidly high prices and well, Im sitting here with a special potential scroll... Nice!

if they had just given them out, everybody would have at least one scroll
if they hadn't givent hem at all, then well, we wouldn't have this issue now would we?
but no, they gave them out, then removed them, so now it's not those who have multiple mules who have the advantage. it's those who were early enough expecting something like this to happen, and if they had mule accounts, then even MORE so.
so yeah, such balance nexon, just give the damn scrolls and get it over with, as said, you have event +8 scrolls with 50% chance to succeed, what's the big "balance" you're trying to protect?

Those RED shirts are absolutely hideous. I'm so glad I wasted 2 inventory slots on those, yes sir. The RED bucket is nice though, I accepted it on my Zero.
I don't understand the point of making them unable to put in it the cash inventory. Horrible.

The 50% require (on average) 2 safeties each, the 90%'s only need one Lucky Day.
But yeah, since they didn't catch it early enough, they should have just let it be. 3 hours is a long long time.

glad i opened the ticket on a mule then, it can rot until it vanishes on shinku then.
i'd like to see maryse explain how they are so gamebreaking though (or people here who didn't want them), only class where it would have some semblance of gamebreaking in my opinion would be xenon, and even then.

Also pretty unfair on Dual Blade, since you get two weapons (and possibly Zero? but I dunno how they work), I don't think they should have ever been released at all, but since they already f'ucked that up they may as well just go ahead and release them again since a bunch of people have abused this event to hell and back already.

Zero's weapons count as two different weapons, but whatever you do to one happens to the other, effectively, it's like one weapon for the purposes of scrolling and cubing, but twice the effects (plus there's an attack difference between both weapons)
I'm really not sure how I feel about this, disappointed that I can't scroll a new weapon, new heart, I guess, but there's still 50%s, which are only slightly worse. The fact that they're not even releasing the 80%s, which are just the same as 50%s, makes me think they're definitely thinking about their bank balance, as Sapta said, rather than any game balance that some of you guys might want, but I guess it accomplishes both.
On a different note, I'm very happy to see that the rewards are split rather than being stuffed into one box.

i dunno if i'd say it's unfair to DB's, double the effort double the gain after all, but for zero's it is, since the scrolls are absolutely untradeable, so your zero would, at best... get one scroll and that's it.

When I woke up to this event notice and noticed the scrolls were gone, I was like "ok, that kinda sucks, but I understand why they did it and at least they won't be abused"
So they ended up giving them out anyway, only to the abusers and nobody else. so now abusers have abused and I didn't get the one legitimate scroll I would have gotten.

since we didn't get the good scrolls I used a fifty on my heart for the last slot and equipped it.
56att is such a nice damage boost
I've scrolled everything I wanted to from the shop, totally happy with this event overall.
though not being able to move the cash shop stuff to the cash shop is balls.
