Dear Maplers,

Following Monday’s server downtime and rollback we have blocked the item duplication hack and banned the accounts of the players abusing it.

To minimize the impact this rollback had on honest Maplers we have made the following changes to the game:

• NX spent during the rollback period has been refunded to you.
  
• Cash items in your inventories have been extended by 48 hours from 8 PM on December 8.
  
• 3 attendance stamps for the Winter Attendance Season 1 event have been given to accommodate for missed time on December 4, 8, and 9 for characters that had already begun participating in the event.
  
• 3 Sengoku High passes have been sent out to all accounts to help make up for lost time. Check the gift box icon on the left side of your game window.
  
• If you were affected by the extended v.143 game update and you didn't yet collect your Small Holiday Surprise box yet, it has been extended so you will have until the end of the day on December 10 to collect it.
  
• The Owl of Minerva giveaway scheduled for December 9 has been moved to December 10.
  
• The 1 meso wedding sale has been extended by 1 day.
  

On top of these changes we have some bonus items as a thank you for helping keep MapleStory a fun and fair experience. The items will be given in the December 12 server maintenance.

You can access your gifts any time before December 17, 12 AM Pacific (3 AM Eastern) by clicking the gift box icon to the left side of the game window.

The following will be available to each account that existed before the rollback maintenance ended. You will be able to accept each on a character that is Lv.13 or above. The items other than the coins expire 7 days after being retrieved, if you don't use them.

• 60 RED Coins to spend in the RED Coin Shop
  
• 3 Safety Scrolls
  
• 3 Protection Scrolls
  
• 1 Golden Hammer 100\%
  
• 1 Meister’s Cube
  
• 1 Permanent Mount Random Box
  

We will also be running a 2x Experience and Drop event on December 12 and December 13 to help players regain lost experience. The times for the event are as follows:

• Pacific: 2 PM – 6 PM (Eastern: 5 PM – 9 PM)
  

Friday, December 13, 2013

• Pacific: 12 AM – 8 AM & 2 PM – 6 PM (Eastern: 3 AM – 7 AM & 5 PM – 9 PM)
  

[Update 12/12] We have extended the 12/13 morning times to run until 8 AM instead of 4 AM, to help you make up for lost time from the unscheduled maintenance that took place in the early hours of 12/12.

Accounts that were logged in during the period that was rolled back will also be able to accept each of the following on a character that is Lv.13 or above. As with the gifts above, these can be collected anytime before December 17, 12 AM Pacific (3 AM Eastern)

• Two 4-Hour 2x EXP Special Coupons
  
• Two 4-Hour 2x Drop Special Coupons
  

We recommend not accepting two of the same coupon type at the same time. Their effect does not stack with another coupon of the same type, and the timer on them begins as soon as you accept them.

[Update 12/12] After confirming that many of the 2x EXP and Drop coupons were not sent, a fix was applied at 3:33 PM Pacific (6:33 PM Eastern). If you haven't already, please relog and check the gift box icon again for the coupons if you didn't receive them earlier but are one of the eligible players.

Seems they went through and gave it everyone who mentioned that they didn't have it over on the maple forums.
