Which ivs do you have currently? I don't care much for perfect ivs, and something with like hp sp.atk sp.def minimum would be something I would take off your hands.

All it gets are electric attacks, shadow ball, and dark pulse. Of course, support moves work well on it too.
All of my 5 IV ones, 31/x/31/31/31/31 have dragon. The ones with 4 IVs have dark. It seems a bit fixed at times.
