So an idea then. What characters do you guys still need to get to 50+? We can try to help each other power level during the weekends. If it's just Act 1, I can probably do Torment V with one extra person if I play it really safe. I'm more able to do Torment IV reliably though.
I still need to get the following up to at least 50+ (I can do the rest on my own):
1 Barb
2 WD
1 Demon Hunter
2 Monk
Also, we need a new Battletag page so we can befriend whoever we forgot to friend, and let newcomers befriend us.

These are the ones I have left. One per customer. I would recommend selling it before the AH closes after you've gotten some good use out of it as these things are skyrocketing in price. 400/400s are 150m+ right now, but I only have one of those. They should be fairly replaceable after RoS, though you may need a backup along the way.
I think the biggest value in powerleveling a new character that fast is you can get Leoric's Legendary at level 60 in 20 minutes and then delete the character and reroll.
I believe the other powerleveling thing, which is on the level of exploiting, is in Halls of Agony 3, where the Cursed Chest can spawn. It gives an insane amount of EXP each run and is really easy, especially if you have a Monk or two and a Wizard. Can't imagine how good it would be on T6 with Implosion, Blizzard+Scorch+Cascade, and whatever else the other inferior classes have to offer. Maybe some BBV, Valley of Death. The chest itself isn't supposed to be remarkable good for loot, though I did find two legendaries off it today. I did it quite a few times on the PTR, when it spawned next to the WP like 95% of the time. I think I only got a legendary off the chests once, and three off monsters, despite running it quite a bit until they moved it, but that wasn't on Torment.

So much for speed leveling my alts.

All these new drops are insane. I got +200 DEX gloves and a quiver for my DH and she's not even level 50 yet. All my 60 gear saved up feels pretty crappy in comparison to stuff I just picked up while exploring. Not sure how to feel about this. :|

The game is a lot more fun now. Have been playing quite a lot with friends over Skype, most of the time with 4 player parties.
Barb seems a little underwhelming, even if I can spin forever. I tweaked a few skills on my Wiz and I can spam Arcane Torrent infinitely.

I was able to get endless Disintegrate on my Wizard, although that depends on the type of weapon I have equipped. If it's < 1.2 or so attacks per second I can go forever, but above that I veeeeery slowly run out of Arcane Power.

Endless Frost Ray is also really nice. Combo it with Unrelenting Storm Blizzard and damages everywhere.

I was then told the console versions were way better and I was planning on picking it up for PS3 instead, but does this recent patch make the PC version on par/better than the console versions? I already own the PC version, and if it's much better now and playable, I'd love to save 40 bucks and go back to it instead.

Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: Yes, don't buy the PS3 version anymore.
