Actually there are few mentions towards Mihile in that site, it also states Thief and Pirate revamp.
So I guess they are doing a good job

They are really trying not to skip a beat here and patch EVERYTHING they're missing, aren't they? Yeesh. Talk about really wanting to pass GMS...
Still, GMS is ahead by...dear god knows what...two classes?

IIRC, GMS gets Lumi tomorrow, right?
If that is the case, then at 17 dec EMS and GMS are at the same level, with EMS having Kaisar, and GMS having Lumi, the rest is the same (except exclusive content (NLC revamp/vecarent), and monster book/familiars), except maybe Mihile, not certain if EMS gets that tomorrow as well.

So pretty much on the 17th, EMS will be just a hairline behind GMS by one class and very trivial things. I doubt you guys are getting Mihile anytime soon.
What really concerns me is that as far as I'm aware, some people are completely just ignoring the fact that there will be bugs....along with the fact who's idea was it to patch a bajillion updates into one? I just want to know

Every patch will have bugs. But putting them all into one patch reduces the amount of offline time of the game by quite a bit, although it will be stuffed in 1-2 weeks, instead of smeared out over 6ish months.
And I actually assume Mihile is in this patch or a patch following this soon, as they're speaking about Mihile on the promopage at things like "Grand battle is open for everyone besides KoCs (not Mihile)"

Kaiser, Pantheon, Magnus, Legend revamp, Resistance revamp, Adventurer revamp, KOC and UA revamp, Job Advancement changes, secondary stat changes, Cross Hunter, Thief and Pirate revamp, PvP revamp, Mu Lung Dojo revamp, Mini Dungeon revamps, Lion Heart Castle revamp, Temple of Time revamp, Eos Tower, Helios Tower and Orbis Tower revamp, Ellin Forest revamp, Nett's Pyramid revamp, Ghost Ship PQ revamp, Monster Park revamp, Spiegelmann's Gallery.
On the 17th of December (or 5th, not sure), we're getting:
DB revamp, Skill Quality adjustment system, Event Tab changes, Navigation System, Character Card system, Level-Up Guide UI, Part-Time Jobs, Hyper Skills for Heroes and Nova Race, AND Phantom!
A few notes, Spiegelmann's Gallery is not included in the patch notes, but I think I saw it somewhere in the patch notes. Mihile might not come, and this might not be the whole Tempest à la NXEU. There might be other updates with things such as Angelic Buster and Luminous (included in part of the update notes, yet no date, it's kinda weird. They used images from Angelic Busters and Luminous characters a lot but they didn't mention it getting released or if it was going to be released.

Why do you believe EMS is dying? The European branch of Nexon got a complete haul-over a few months ago, with close to all support and developing in Luxembourgh (not all of developing, but still) now instead of Korea, they made a (quite massive, I must say) exclusive content for EMS the last patch, they're still putting effort in making custom promo pages for the new patches.
There is absolutely no reason to think that EMS is almost dieing, except at most the hacking spree that went on a month or so ago. But that's like saying GMS is almost dead because you got massive duping and even had to remove lolWSs from the economy.
Could you please stop hating on versions you appearantly have no knowledge about? It starts to piss me off.

EMS is doing great, loads of people around. Absolutely no sign of decaying community or playerbase.
Also Europe is actually doing even better then North America (Global).
