If you go into the cash shop and hover over the Scissors/Platinum Scissors, it will show a list of all items in your inventory that it will work on. If the horns aren't on there, you can't

Okay, thanks. I checked and they didn't show up. Well, nothing showed up, but the DW is only level 27 and the only untradeables he has is the horns and the noblesse stuff, so I'll assume that's why there was no list.
