They wouldn't. Offers are always made on a per person basis.
The biggest problem they have is the fact they are actually IN California. If they want real folks who work hard and get stuff done, they need to come to the northeast.
Of course, they wouldn't do that because then the Korean execs would have to fly an extra 4 hours.

You can go on about how wonderful the benefits are all you want but you don't know what the actual salary is so can't even begin to guess at how horrible the compensation for everything they want really is.
It is more than uncommon for a website to state wages for open jobs.
The current minimum wage for the state of California is 8 dollars an hour. If they are requiring their employees to be well versed in previously stated fields of knowledge, then I doubt they are only paying 10 dollars an hour.

Unfortunately the issue with the potion/food NPC adversly affected the economy, so we were forced to roll back to 12AM this morning. Cash Shop items will be extended by 24 hours. If you made a purchase in the Cash Shop, the appropriate amount of Nx and Maple Points will be refunded For more information please click here.

Wait, they performed maintenance from 10pm to 3am, but they're rolling back to 12am? How does that work? Do they mean 12pm, or 10pm March 1st? There technically was no activity 2/2 @12am...so they'd just roll back to right before the servers went down. I leveled from 74 to 83 from 4am to 7am >__<. what a bummer.
