Finisher is a touchy move. Make sure you've let go of your directional key before you fire it off, holding it will usually ruin the opportunity to use it. I've also been able to walk with it a bit before I used it, though I'm not too sure exactly how this happened. I was using it in 2nd job consistently the way you describe though, but only once I made sure to let go of my direction key after the tele prior to it.

Red=Mob drops more than one book. They're all confirmed.

Ferdi tells you to go to your instructor. Talk to Brighton, and he tells you to go to Power Plant Security. Enter the Power Plant and defeat the machine, and go back to Brighton.

What I usually do:

Jump in a direction, mid air use XBlow (MUST be mid air, not jump+arrow+attack), land, use tele, immediately tele to where you want, finisher.
This covers an incredible amount of ground on (A)YA + speed pills. I've even tele-ed backwards to clear mobs that spawned on me as I was attacking. Extremely good for double platform killing e.g. at Ratatula and Scaredy Scarlion.

Dark chain left side, dark chain right side, Xblow + tele to one side + finisher.
Fairly obvious.

Annoying thing about Tele-casting with XBlow and Finisher - If you are telecasting, Finisher would come out only after teleport's delay ends, so sometimes it makes me look like my char stoned for some time before Finisher comes out. Which is annoying. That can happen if you tele too late, but still within the timing for pressing the finisher key so that finisher comes out.

About the drain cap - After reading so much about ABA problems with 1/1, and given the large number of bosses that do 1/1, I think I'll max Drain instead =.= I know that I lose the ABA benefits and stuff, but really I only need 1 point in BA for Super Body invulnerability, and given my unfunded BmG's paltry damage... When I go bossing I think I'll be needing Drain's 5% quite a lot. On the other hand... I really do wish that they give me an SP reset scroll because I only learnt recently that SP from other jobs can't be put into other jobs... that's when I put 5 points into drain and was hoping that I could forget reaper... grr...

Super body requires 10 Blue Aura.
The 1/1 issue is more than likely going to be fixed.

As said earlier, finishing blow isn't too useful till third job. Know that the skill does evolve when you use stronger blow attacks.

EDIT:It should be one of the last skills you max out during first job for that reason.

I've used the SP reset I got from the hot time event and maxed out my reapers, yet left advanced chains at 11. It isn't much of a change but reapers are still a bit unreliable. But they are fun to have around.
I feel this is as many as I can have out like this, but I love the reapers raiding the place ^-^

He is 4th job. Finishing Blow is 6x Blow. Not The Finisher.

Super body does not require lvl 10 blue aura. Even so, the passive effects of advanced blue aura are still useful for late game bossing.

I'm actually following the same build. I heard they might buff reaper too with the chaos patch (I say might cause its still in testing and nothing is guranteed). So that's something to look forward to.

FB is a 4th job skill.

I got lvl 6 blue aura because I thought I could use my 3rd job reaper skill sp for blue aura. Long behold I cant, and now I'm lvl 123 and still using body boost without blue aura. Need ss? lol.

Oh, and just because you have leftover sp in 3rd job does not mean you can't job advance either. My character is proof of that, wish I could get a sp reset though.

Can you use Super Body with Blue Aura? As in, get it invincible.
The way the description sounds, you need at least 10 to activate X Aura with super body. Use it with Blue and tell us how it goes.

Was just about to clarify my post concerning that lol. It seems that body boost effect will not activate on that specific Aura unless you have at least lvl 10. So in my case, I have maxed dark aura and yellow aura which both works however, blue aura won't let me use body boost.

It gives me the message "This skill can only be used when your Aura level is 10 or above."
