Where in the Maple World is this content located? As in, do we have to travel to Omega Sector to experience it? Or is it some temporary event via red telephone booth in Henesys that occurs in event maps in and around Henesys? Or perhaps it's accessible via Mirror Portal?

Judging by everything shown it appears to be just a large event instead of actual content. If it was real content then the new equipment would mean all other equipment would no longer be necessary and/or wanted. There's the fact that it's accessible by any level, like an event. The screen-shots show the quests in the event section as well. This is just pointing out a few things though.
I mean, obviously there's no way to tell for -sure-, but I bet all my meesooz that it's an event.

from what i've seen he says it because he thinks JMS is superior, both in terms of management (probably is) and community (maybe is). my position stands; if you hate it that much then you don't deserve to participate in events like this.
that's just my opinion from what i've seen though. i would say the same for any other member who took every chance they could to berate this version of the game and was then upset that they couldn't access an exclusive event.

Hating a company's incompetence when it comes to running a game as intended and the lack of support for the millions of customers that are affected by said incompetence has nothing to do with someone deserving to play gMS or participating in gMS events.
He wasn't even really complaining like most people do >_>. He was just stating that he can't play and it makes no sense why he can't play when his account was chosen for tespia.

Its an event from what i can see. Kind of like the Evan event where you collect the etc items for the box.
