If, say, a treasure hunter wants to read an ancient transcript yet doesn't understand what it says, that isn't anyone's problems. They either put effort into understanding it, or leave it to rot. While you do have an alternative here, I'd have to say that burdening other people for your own pleasure, when it's offered for free to begin with, is rather distasteful.
Yes, we don't give a flying whether or not you care to try and understand what Fiel posts. We do, however, have a problem with the extrations stop coming out. In a time of hardship, you struggle to adapt to it, not pressure others to make it easy for you. That's just my personal codes, anyway.

And no, I was not picking a fight in the first post, just pointing out 2 things:
- I appreciate Fiel letting us help; and
- There is no harm in doing it this way.

I do, however, have a problem with your second post, and I addressed my issues, fairly clearly I might add.

Chief Bandit
- Meso Explosion - Number of bags exploded decreased from 20 to 15.
- Assaulter - Damage increased from 280% to 290%

- Boomerang Step - Damage bonus increased from 20% to 25% (No one's sure how this works yet)
- Greed - Meso Explosion's damage boost increased from +40% to +60%.

- Flying Assaulter - Damage increased from 370% to 420%.
- Bloody Storm - Damage increased from 370% to 420%.

Dual Blader (120+)
- Final Cut - Damage bonus when using Final Cut increased from +20% to +25%. HP consumption decreased from 65% to 45%.
- Chains of Hell - Damage increased from 265% to 285%.
- Stack Effect - Now increases Physical and Magic Defence by 60% (not sure about this), and gives a 25% chance of avoiding attacks.

Dawn Warrior (III)
- Brandish - Damage increased from 210% to 240%.

Night Walker (III)
- Triple throw - Damage decreased from 210% to 185%.

Evan (IX)
- Flame Wheel - Damage increased from 720% to 740%.
- Magic Mastery - Now increases minimum Critical Damage by 15%.

- Blessing of the Onyx - Magic Attack bonus decreased from 40 to 30. Duration tripled from 60 seconds to 180 seconds. Cooldown time of 120 seconds removed.
- Blaze - Damage increased from 780% to 800%.

Battlemage (I)
- (hidden) Finish Attack - Final Blow - Damage increased from 500% to 940%.
- Triple Blow - Damage increased from 90% to 110%.
- Finish Attack - y (200 to 340); 20% chance to ignore enemy's defence (not sure about this).
- Teleport - Distance travelled decreased from 150 to 144. MP cost increased from 10 to 22.

- Blood Drain - Damage converted to HP increased from 4% to 5%. Duration increased from 90 sec to 120 sec.

- Battle Charge (New Skill) - Description: Rotate staff to push away up to 15 enemies. MP -38, 210% damage, hits up to 15 enemies; range (270% Range)
- Teleport Mastery (New Skill) - Description: When this skill is enabled, the MP cost of Teleport is increased and Teleport will be able to damage and stun foes. In addition, the distance travelled when using Teleport will be permanently increased. Teleport Mastery can be deactivated by using it again. Requires Lv15 Teleport. Hits up to 6 enemies, 300% damage. subProp (80); 100% (?) chance to stun for 4 sec; y (20); x (20); range (120% Range)
- (Hidden) Super Body - Yellow Aura - Duration doubled from 30 sec to 60 sec.
- Revive - Duration between Reaper's attacks increased from 10 sec to 20 sec (not sure about this). Duration increased from 90 sec to 120 sec. Damage increased from 250% to 300%. Activation rate decreased from 20% to 10%.
- Battlestar Mastery - Now boosts damage by 30%. Increases minimum Critical Damage by 15%. No longer raises mastery to 70%. No longer increases Magic Attack.
- Advanced Blue Aura - New variable "asrR" (20); y (50 to 10); x (30 to 40); New variable "terR" (20)
- Conversion - MP cost decreased from 2000 to 1000. Duration increased from 60 sec to 90 sec. Max level changed from 20 to 10.
- Death Blow - MP cost decreased from 50 to 42. Damage increased from 120% to 130%. Max level changed from 30 to 20.

- Energize (New Skill) - Description: Increase your MaxHP and defence permanently. MaxHP +20%, Physical and Magical Defence +150% (not exactly sure).
- Advanced Dark Aura - Now increases Magic Attack by 30%.
- Advanced Yellow Aura - z (0 to 20); Now gives a 20% chance of avoiding attacks.
- Dark Genesis - Damage bonus of 60% when using Dark Genesis. Damage increased from 1150% to 1800%; time (2 to 4); MP cost decreased from 500 to 300.
- Shelter - MP cost decreased from 86 to 78. Duration decreased from 40 sec to 30 sec; Max level changed from 30 to 20.
- Cyclone - Damage increased from 920% to 1000%. Cooldown time increased from 30 sec to 40 sec. Duration increased from 10 sec to 20 sec. MP cost greatly increased from 54 to 120.
- Finish Blow - Damage increased from 130% to 150%.

Wild Hunter (I)
- Jaguar Ride - w (15 to 40); y (45 to 150)

Wild Hunter (II)
- Critical Shot - Appears to give a 40% chance of dealing 150% damage (i.e. Final Attack). No longer increases Critical rate.
- (hidden) Mine - Damage upon explosion increased from 150% to 190%.
- Mine - MP cost increased from 27 to 30. Duration increased from 90 sec to 100 sec.

Wild Hunter (III)
- Riding Mastery - y (20 to 60); Damage boost increased from 20% to 40%
- Claw Cut - Damage from 105% to 120%.
- Trap - Durability greatly increased from 8000 to 14000. Damage increased from 140% to 200%. Duration increased from 40 sec to 50 sec.
- Crossroads - Damage increased from 400% to 460%.
- Five Shot - Damage increased from 120% to 140%.

Wild Hunter (IV)
- Wild Instinct (New Skill) - Description: Ignore monster's defence by a certain amount when attacking, and avoid monsters' attacks at a certain rate. 20% chance of avoiding attacks. 20% chance to ignore defence (not sure about this).
- Wild Shot - MP cost per arrow decreased from 10 to 9. Damage increased from 180% to 200%.
- Nerve Gas - MP cost decreased from 55 to 45. Max level changed from 30 to 20.
- Sonic Boom - Damage increased from 600% to 700%.

p.s. Fiel, you may want to use this to lighten your load a little. Although I might be wrong. x.x
