So basically you're calling out my hopes which are drawn off nothing but constant analysis of the content stream, and using Nexon's own content schedule which has been speeding up constantly as your reasoning? 5-7 months is nowhere near what the "average content speed" is at. You want me to slow down? Tell that to Nexon.
I NEVER said "HOLY S'HIT DB WILL COME OUT NEXT PATCH" (which literally has nothing to back it up). All i supported was "DBs are coming soon". Also, only 3 versions have evan right now, iirc.

The last time I checked, it didn't take 5 ~ 7 months for Evan to come out in GMS. That came quick and out of the blue. It also didn't take 5 ~ 7 months (which is also the same, usual time frame between major patches from KMS to JMS) for the Balance Patch to reach JMS. Anything could come at any point in time. There's no set time that they have to wait between content patches. Who knows? Maybe Nexon Korea already has their newest content translated into every language by time they release it in KMS and are only waiting to see the results from the players before they send the data to the other versions. It also depends on what the localized version has backed up in terms of planned patches. If Nexon America doesn't really have much planned, they might release Dual Blade sooner. If they're backed up and have the next 5 months planned for patches, they might release it way later. We will never know the EXACT time that Nexon will plan on releasing content like this.
On Topic : This patch kind of seems mundane. Nothing is really exciting in it; only the Anniversary. Though, I still wish that Viper fix came to JapanMS.

is there any changed monster card data? I noticed two new "consumable" buffs for monster cards (dragon PQ cards), but as I know none of the Kerning Square or Neo City monsters have the actual monster cards in their drop data even though the cards are visible in our books. Any chance this got added?

Wait till the patch then talk. We JUST got Evans and a lot of you are expecting more? People will be busy hunting for maple weapons and perhaps training with 2x events (and maybe the ring bonus) and we certainly don't need anything major on top of that. Having adventurer rings might be nice with easy levelling experience during the anniversary but too much new content is sort of bad. I like this, except ap resets sale will be greatly appreciated.

the consumable part was added, which is basically just a buff you get when you pick up the monster card, but the actual cards were omitted from the monster's drop tables. :[

I too, am interested about these quests, especially with the boxes you get from the paint tube quest. Also, with the repeatable quests, I'd be interested to see if the exp scales or not, or if it's just something crappy like 3k exp.
Side note: If Tienk isn't selling monster cards for maple leaves, I am going to cry.

I remember during the Artifact Hunt Events, turning in one of those 8 artifacts to their owner would reward experience depending on your level, equal to about 9%. For people who are 120+(?), you only get 242,000 experience. It's probably the same for this.
