That's a surprisingly poor interpretation of it too, for an English site, since the "love" part is entirely contextual and dependent on the entire proverb not the portion most commonly used.
Out of context it's just saying hell has nothing on a pissed off woman.
Doesn't matter why she's pissed.

Should've looked it up on Google.. I didn't know it was a saying. That's why I wasn't able to translate it, lawl.
But.. who do you think are they referring to? Sophilia, maybe? I say that's most likely the answer, after reading that sentence. I mean, it's kinda obvious that the woman in the avatar is her.

EDIT: @eos: Yeah, I think that should be her. Sophilia. Her dad was always too busy with making toys, and didn't spend much time with her because of that.

Sophilia is the daughter of the puppeteer apparently, so it'd be sophilia i guess.
Actually, since that emo chick doesn't look like sophilia, and since sophilia doesn't really apply to the proverb (or vice versa)...i'm going to go with a story that is much much more interesting.
