The latter. And when you have over 1000 MA, a reduction of 50 MA is like, 5% or something?

wow, gonna have to agree with this being quite possibly the greatest patch ever. I hoarded for maker(though not nearly as much as some) and have like 80 packs of iTCG to use. Plus cygnus is badass, and vicious hammer may be gamebreaking. This is a patch made of win. Now all i want is fantasy themepark.

Compare that to the 140% damage to the 175% damage AMs get from the boost. Even though I have an ele staff 4, an ele staff 3 would boost my damage from 154% to 175%.

Training with Hero + BM + HS mule at Oblivion 4 is faster than training with a 1HKO Bishop at Skelegons.
On topic: Nothing really excites me about this patch. I will milk all those damage whores out of all their money because of Maker but that is it. Cygnus is alright I guess but that is not enough to mark this patch as "best one ever".

actually, i had bought a box of set 1 a while back, then realized that gamestop was selling set 2 (and some set1 they had left) online for i think it was 99 cents each, so i just ordered like 60 packs. Just have been waiting for a while.
I didnt know at the time they were broken lol.

Honestly, if it's a 50 magic reduction then that still gives me more magic than a decently scrolled shine wand and I still have enough magic to 100% 1 hit with, I thought they'd do a little better than that.

To be fair, I can see why a lot of Bishops may have purchased an elemental wand. I mean, the things were out for a year, and there was no indication that Nexon would plan on changing them beyond the first update. Even in their tickets, they essentially said "It's working the way it should be working," and the fact that they differed from other versions meant nothing, because we have a lot of exclusive content, anyway.
I would be lying, though, if I said that I didn't have a pomegranate-eating grin on my face when I read the notice.
EDIT: I'm pretty sure the reduction is 25%, no? Where is everyone getting "50" from?

Speaking of iTCG, though slightly off-topic, there's a GameStop near me (30 mins away) that sells booster-set 1s for 99 cents each, they have about 20 packs. They probably have set 2 too, I just didn't ask yet. Glad they're fixing the iTCG issue regarding this new patch. =) That's a step-up for Nexon, but since they banned 1000+ people within a day YESTERDAY, that's also a step-down for Nexon. Overall, they're still the same ol' Nexon...
