Body pressure works like power guard in dealing damage or energy charge. If you touch the mob then they take damage. However, it does not reduce the damage you take. It also adds a new status to monsters that disables them from doing physical damage at a certain success rate.
Final toss, I think, is a great skill. It is just another way to keep mobs getting a good damage boost and keeping them juggled in the air is no problem with smart knock back and combo critical. I'll probably add into it after I do snow charge.

I don't really understand how Tempest works or exactly what it does.
The description says it attacks 4 times?
for 40 seconds?
In every video of it being used I still can't seem to figure out what's so good about it.
There was only one where I actually saw the damage, and it was something like 141k to an Oblivion Guardian.

Tempest 1 hits normal mobs when you touch them after the skill, and takes a chunk of HP off a boss but shows no damage. The 4 hits is only related to your combo. You have 15 mobs in front of you, you get 15*4 on your combo count.
It is so far a useless skill and not worth losing your combos for what it gives you.

Is it just me, or does Final Toss randomly go up to 150 mp at level 29? And also, is Snow Charge maxed at 30 or 20? Your skill table goes up to 20 but in the description, you say that it gets maxed at 30 .

It's not fully useless, it's just not extremely useful. Mostly when there's no way you can reach a mob quickly enough to keep your combo up. At skeles it can easily recharge your combo up to 60 or so. Definitely not a priority skill, though.
EDIT: 60 being when you hit a lot of skeles with it then kill them.

Assuming you drop a point in tempest asap, which if you're smart, you won't.

It doesn't do much harm. In the 1/1000 times it actually affects the amount of attacks needed to kill a monster, Tempest has made up for it in fun and usefulness.

That's what I was talking about. Just because it isn't as good as HH doesn't mean it's 100% useless.
