Also Ray, Vayne E Also gives a charge to Silver bots (But its pretty obvious so you should know about this already) and most of the time you can get a AA off before the target its completely blown away although it takes a little practice.

Also a protip for bot and top: If you think codemn someone into a wall thats near a bush its a great idea, i will say its not unless you have some sort of vision (Ward/Minion/Teammate) of the bush since you could lose a sec or 2 walking to the inside of the bush or you are just using it to escape.

It might have SOME level based requirements, but you might also get some RP for things such as:

1) 1st win in ranked
2) 1st win in normal
3) X wins in X thing
4) X length without ban


So it's not a safe assumption to say it's just RP per level. You might only get RP for hitting say: levels 10, 20 and 30. Who knows. Until they release more details we'll have to stick to guessing, but never assuming we know.
