Diablo III: Reaper of Souls - IllegallySane - 2014-06-25 Blizzard sure seems to be hating on Wizards rather hard. Initial 30 AP on these abilities really bite. Going to need even more paragon levels to make those ability costs bearable. I lol-ed at the achievement changes. Highest bounty number getting changed from 150,000 to 10,000. Also, is it just me or did Barbarians get insanely buffed? Would love to try the new Earthquake. Why nerf things that aren't broken? Just because a large amount of players are using it that doesn't mean it needs to be nerfed. Why not instead buff alternatives to actually make them, oh I don't know, attractive and worth experimenting with? Jesus >_>

On Live, Full Marauder's bonus makes Sentry's not use their correct attack speed if you use Elemental Arrow or Chakram on your bar, or Multishot + Impale. Sentry needs to fire a regular bolt to set its correctly scaled attack speed. It doesn't affect Cluster Arrow + Multishot since there is enough cooldown between skills to shoot that bolt. Elemental Arrow and Chakram replace every bolt. Impale and Multishot can alternate without a bolt coming out. With this change, you can replace the (now 280%) Bolts with Elemental Arrow, Chakram, or Impale and still keep the correct attack speed. The default attack speed is 54 frames, and with max attack speed, it can be down to 12 frames, though typical non T&T 1H would be around 30 to 24 frames, as opposed to the optimal 2H Crossbow of 42 frames per shot. It also might mean that 1H Crossbows and Bows may be competitive with 2H. From what I calculated myself, equally well rolled 2H beats the 1H and Bow because the attack speed doesn't scale well enough, given how little damage regular bolts did. Also people found out Depth Diggers applies to signature spells as well, which is really retarded as that's essentially a 300% buff to MM with +2 MB. Looks like I'm rerolling fire if Blizz doesn't fix Arcane. Diablo III: Reaper of Souls - JoeTang - 2014-06-29 So I tried doing some public rifts since it's fairly fast with an okay group, and I can carry easily on T3 regardless on my Crusader. Two people from the same clan join my game and struggle to keep up. They call me out for running too far from them and losing the MF bonus because they both can't kill the leftover minion quill rat of an elite group, and they kick me from the game when I turned around to kill it for them. The guy also tells me I'm a noob and he can handle T5 when I call him out for being shitty and kicking me from my own Rift. He has as much toughness as me with 1/4th the DPS and no elemental or skill bonus. In fact, he had a Stone of Jordan equipped and he rerolled the elemental bonus to Attack Speed on a Crusader.
