Mega Ampharos is delicious. I've always liked ampharos and I definitely used it during my HG run. It'll be nice to see Ampharos getting some love.

I imagine the majority of them would be given through events.
there could be various other ways of getting Mega Stones.

Lets say there is 12 MegaEvolutions this gen. Mewtwonite, Lucarionite and Blazikenite only available through events. Absolite, Amphorite, and Mawilite found in hard-to reach areas of the game. 3 more available for ridiculous amounts of Pokedollars, and 3 only available through the BattleTower/Frontier.

This makes Megaevolutions rare and sought after. and it's not that unbelievable when you consider Arceus's plates. that was 16 items for one pokemon, the idea of having one Mega Stone per pokemon isn't that bad.

Considering that MegaEvolutions are essentially new pokemon (lets face it, they have different stats, abilities, art, types) I doubt there would be many of them this gen.

Hopefully we can find some in game. To have to make 20+ ish specific stones instead of one generic one seems like a waste of time.

Not endorsing foolish spending but if you plan on making money in the future you can use billpay from paypal, assuming you have an account. It essentially gives you 6 extra months. Sometimes you have to do monthly payments but rarely. Warning though, if you're a day off that 6 month mark you're looking at REALLY high interest.

I wonder if that is a part of Mega Evolution. Perhaps it charges through battling and you use the charges to MegaEvolve.

I can finally check what stupid ev's my japanese shiny milotic has, the evs scizor has from hgss playthrough and GET RID OF THEM.

And it looks like we can ev train no matter where we are. Cool ^o^[/COLOR]

Super Training or S.T. is being introduced in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, allowing players to help their Pokémon grow stronger when theyre not in battle. On the Touch Screen of the Nintendo 3DS system, players can have their Pokémon participate in Super Training, activities that will increase a Pokémons Effort Values, the underlying values that define its HP, Attack, Defense, Sp. By tapping on the Touch Screen during a Core Training session, players can help their Pokémon increase their Effort Values, too. Players will be able to see how their Pokémon are doing at their Core Training at any time from the main Super Training screen.

EVs can now be tracked by an Effort o Meter which shows the progress of the Pokémon and the amount in can still have.

If you're using a cartridge, you can always use https://www.pokecheck.org/ to check your EVs.

If you can access your save file with your computer (microSD chip, etc.), using PokeGen/PokeSav to check the stats is also viable.

I'm aware of the mega stones, but apparently the Japanese version of the official site mentions that there are further requirements than just holding the Mega Stone.
So realistically, my point was that the bracelets with the same DNA symbol on them may be involved in the process.

I can't exactly see these pokemon MegaEvolving in every single battle, there must be a limiting factor to it in my opinion.

Maybe it'll revert back when you switch it out?

The limiting factor is they can't use other hold items. That's a really big crutch so it depends on how strong they are compared to regular pokemon.

Serebii also says you can only have one mega pokemon on a team at a time.

During the VGC Opening Ceremony, Junichi Masuda revealed a new Mega Pokémon, Mega Kangaskhan. It has the ability Parental Bond that allows its attacks to hit twice in one turn.

It's pretty normal for Pokemon soundtracks, HGSS' soundtrack had 270 tracks lol. Although BW and BW2's soundtracks had only 173.
