I dont really understand why people are annoyed about it because i never jungle lol.
A good jungler is never defined by his clear times, but the decisions he makes while clearing the jungler (When to gank where to gank counterjungling etc), sadly with the new jungle making any of those decision or more like failing to do so PUNISHES you greatly, with the low respawn time and the reduced gold/exp gain you can NOT have the luxury of failing a gank (And once again, burning a flash only its failing a gank for the jungler, you MUST get the kill), since if you fail you will be severely underleved from mid and Top and sometimes even Bot. Also its important to have the monster camps constantly cleared since the Exp and Gold increase per game time only apply at the moment the monster camp respawn. (Another reason why going for a gank AND failing at it punishes the jungler greatly).
Also your clear times as eve only proves what riot tried to do, make the jungle more casual, but doing so came with the cost of punishing the junglers greatly for any mistake. (Which in fact may have done the jungle less Noob-friendly than before)

18/4/15 ranked Fizz, he's so strong when fed, raping squishies left and right, and hitting hard to those tankier too!. We had no tank so I went an HP/hourglass build and it worked great. RoA, Rylai's, Hourglass, shoes and Lich Bane, buying blue elixirs whenever I had the 250.
