All Season 10 items will cost Honor Points (equivalent to their previous Conquest Point cost) when the season ends, with the exception of any items with rating requirements attached. These items will no longer be available for purchase.
Please be aware that higher ilvl PvP items will be introduced and available for Honor points with patch 4.3.
The next Arena and Rated Battleground season will begin for level-85 players approximately one week after the end of Season 10 and will coincide with the awarding of Season 10 titles and mounts. At that time, any Honor accrued above the 4,000-point cap will be converted into gold at a rate of 35 silver per point. In addition, Season 11 rewards will be made available for purchase with Conquest Points awarded during the new season. Matchmaking Ratings will carry over when Season 11 begins, but all Team and Personal Ratings will be wiped.

you have to be pretty good to beat a rogue 1v1 as an spriest
So, the QnA looks pretty good. I didn't read through every single question, but I read a good chunk of it. There were only like 3 or 4 rogue questions out of what looks like 70+ questions but that's probably a good thing meaning people are pretty happy with their rogue. It looks like they don't like how rogue's viability in 10 man is pretty much bottom of the barrel since we don't bring any decent buffs or can DPS from range. I also saw this

A: The requirement to be in melee range to deal damage to an enemy is an inherent restriction of the Rogue class. We think that being able to essentially "break the rules" for a short period of time will allow for some fun gameplay. Obviously the final numbers will be important, but the intent is for a rogue to be able to operate at nearly full damage capacity against the marked target from range, while Vendetta remains active.

It's not asking to buff them, it's asking Blizz to TEACH us how to optimally play those specs in PvE. Sub spec is a giant mess in PvE. The only reason why it's so good is cause the scaling on said spec is absurd.
Why else is Sub the 2nd best PvE spec for Rogues right now?

You know why? Because the scaling is absurd!
Have you SEEN the Sub PvE rotation? We have to balance THREE finishers at all times (SnD, Recup, Rupt) and having one fall off is a massive DPS loss.
