Haven't played LoL over Thanksgiving break... thanks to Dungeon Defenders and various card/board games. Not sure about Dungeon Defenders, but the non-digital stuff was 10x worth it. I guess that means I won't be playing until finals week (2nd week of December).

Here's the thing that might give you an advantage (and I'm going to list this scenario with the assumption you're doing the duo bottom carry/support deal)
When its safe to do so, your support should harass the carry (Cait, in this case) with some form of CC. Once that's done, use Rocket Jump right into her face, E + Ignite and maybe one or two AA to force her back. (If she doesn't go back, you'll deal quite a bit of damage, and you might get a free kill off that lol) Then (free) farm away while she is forced to heal back up from the harassment you just dealt her.
(And again, here's another thing: You will be inflicting Griveious Wounds to your target. If that target is smart enough to use a red pot while that debuff is still up...trololololol. But my point is that you will set that target back a bit because that person can't heal for full value --> will force that person to play it a bit more safe because they are low)
I learned this harassment trick just recently from one of my friends, and its incredibly amazing when done right.

Also when I played with you as trist once, I noticed that you max e first, you should go with rocket first for two main reasons:
Higher burst
Doesn't push lane.
But will is right, a rocket jump to the face scares most carries away.

Don't even have to dodge them. As long as you put minions between you, you can mitigate the damage fairly well.
