After some thought and many restless hours of grinding numbers (there's literally at least 9 different A variables alone, not to mention the rest of the alphabet), here's what I think.

Udyr is one of those champions capable of reaching very high speeds. If you're already going over the second MS softcap, improved Ghost will probably not benefit you very much. It only increases your MS, and not duration.

On the other hand, you'll get 15 HP from Juggernaut at minimum at level 1 (55 at lvl 18, no HP items), and 10% CCR. Against point CCs, I'd argue that the CCR gives you roughly the same amount of chasing power as improved Ghost will, but it will also allow you more freedom to do whatever the hell you want, preferably killing guys xD Unfortunately, only Ghost or Flash is going to help you power through persistent AoE slows like Koggle vomit or Singed goo.

Situational. Certain jungling champs (like Udyr) work best with Ghost, while others work well with Flash.

Why is flash superior? Even with the range nerf it seems (To me, even a little before that) a little lackluster despite the fact that Flash is the "OMFGBBQISCREWITUP Button" and the whole thing about jumping walls for an easier escape.

To be specific i want to know whats,in a Aggresively point of view, better for a Jungler Ghost or Flash?

Flash is even better on udyr as well if you plan on aggressively counter jungling a more powerful duelist.

I like my support Mastery Page. 31/31 regen with a philo stone and 2 rings on lux felt good lol.

Does anyone else feel like Rune Pages are too expensive? 6300 for 1 empty page with the fact that filling it with good runes in like double the price is a bit ehhh

Thats why u charge like 10$ and get yourself 7 pages for cheap-o. Besides you only spend more in runes if you are doing for example a Caster page while your last page was AD. Remember you can reuse your runes.

Having 'ragers and the like' in your games isn't saying you can't improve on those games. You could become better at last-hitting or have better map awareness or improve on your build. You can also learn something from dealing with a fed opponent which will sometimes be the case at all elo ranges. You're also forced to play with ragers and the like because they are in every elo range too. I had 1 rager which led to 1 leaver earlier today in this game and I'm at around 1800 elo right now, which some consider higher elo and to be 'better' players-attitude-wise. The best way to deal with them is to not let them get to you and just do your thing. If you lose, too bad you did your best, but if you win, you can pat yourself on the back and be proud you won with a rager on your team. Just let it go and report them afterwards. Besides I find it very much more satisfying winning a 4v5 then a 5v5. Sure this is a rare occurence, but it's still possible by all means.

On another subject the new masteries confuse me a bit. Only 'job' I would go deep in the utility tree for is support. ad carries and ap carries seem to be doing just fine dumping all their points in offense. And I'm still not entirely sure about tanky solotops and junglers but I usually go with full on defense on pure tanks like amumu and with full on offense on champions like Yorick. Smearing the leftovers on the rest of the trees, ofcourse. It leads to some odd builds like 0/2/28 for my support mastery setup and they should definitely raise the mastery pages cap too in my opinion. Junglers usually require unique rune pages and then you still have odd champions like Vladimir, Galio, Ryze who should adapt their masteries a bit to their 'uniqueness', yet still fill the ap mid role. (I realize they can top but I don't really like them there)

uhhh you just concentrate on your own play i guess. Remember you can mute people on your team if they overly rage by pressing the speech bubble button on the scoreboard next to their name.

the sad thing is unless riot does some dramatic overhaul, you are always going to get the ragers. The rate seems to be very high in MOBA style games such as this.

I went 9/0/21 for support and i love it. with my runes too, i have 15% cd like +6 base gp5 extra 9% regen and the 10% magic pen.
I agree with everything else though, you can even get away with going 30 in offense or defense now too.
