Niernen Wrote:Have new pokemon introduced after the release would be awesome (and now they can patch any glitches too). I remember my friends used an action replay to get jirachi and deoxys before they were announced an released, ruined the surprise. I would be disappointed if you had to pay for them though (or if i missed the event)
Just imagine it: an expansion DLC opens up a new area and a batch of new pokemon are revealed, including a new way to evolve an existing pokemon, new families and a new legendary. it would be like Gen 6.5

I want it. I will now be sad if it doesn't happen.

They could go down that route instead of the traditional 3rd game. Just add all the little extra stuff as DLC.

That's what I was thinking too. Instead of an entire new version with changes they could just build on the original game.

Then again, they'd make less money that way.

0:18 - I swear to pineappleing god Game Freak if that turns out to be anything more than an attempt to rustle some fandom jimmies...

Edit: Oh and 0:42 - underwater battles confirmed? Return of the dive route?!

I'm clinging to my hope that the skill, which is apparently called Glow Punch, is similar to Shadow Punch in that it's not actually a fighting type move. Also I don't understand how a quadruped can physically punch so I'm gonna keep telling myself that Game Freak is a pimento that loves to pineapple with us.

there's many things in the pokemon world we don't understand, but the only thing i DO understand is that fennekin better not evolve into a freaking firefighter!

also dat yveltal beam!

Pokémon X and Pokémon Y - Baklava - 2013-07-31

Fennekin's Glow Punch triggers what sounds like the super effective sound effect on Lilteo. Lilteo is Fire/Normal so Glow Punch is either; Ground, Rock, Water, or Fighting.

Let the jimmies rustle!

Pokémon X and Pokémon Y - Loose - 2013-07-31

Yay! : D

Fire/Fighting, please! It would make me so damn happy!

 Spoiler

If it's a fighting type move it better just be a case of learning moves that don't match its type. Or...what if it's the fairy type elemental punch?

Pokémon X and Pokémon Y - Malthe - 2013-07-31

Oooooooooooooor fennekin learns a fighting move without being a fighting pokémon.
Charizard could also learn fight-type moves, just saying.

Right? ; - ;

Who says it can't be fire/fighting on its second stage and something else on its last?

But otherwise I love the reactions people are having due to a single punch that lasts a couple seconds. Big Grin

What would be the point of that? Tongue
though it would be a magnificent troll move if they don't reveal the evolutions types. So when people are playing the game they evolve Fennekin, think "Not another Fire/Fighting!" and then it evolves into a completely different type haha

I'm glad Oorotto is real. looking forward to seeing it's artwork.

There is a rumour going around (which is from a reliable source apparently) that in the next batch we will be getting 2 new food pokemon, one based on a bag of potato chips and one based on sushi.
Also a new Eeveelution, apparently.

I don't believe the rumour though. The person who leaked the info, despite having worked with Nintendo in the past, wouldn't know that these pokemon are revealed "in the next batch". If he'd just said he KNEW about the pokemon it would be more believable. But he's fallen into the trap of so many other fake leakers by saying "it will be revealed on this day" or "it will be in the next batch"

Its final evo will have a knuckle duster on the end of its tail IM CALLING IT

what if that animation is just something like assurance.

I don't know, that clearly looks like a punch to me.

Loose; It's clearly fire punch! A fire move! Just weaker! Yah, yeah thats it.
