hmm killing 1 of everything gets you to level 4 with 20 exp to spare... a little over 2 full jungles to get to lvl 6 0.o
this discounts spawning times of course....
(obviously I've never jungled)
Just how long would a good clear time be? Clear time being level 6 to start ganking (though I know a few can do it just a bit earlier).

Killing Golems or Blue Golem+Minions levels you to 2.
But if you kill wolves<>Wraits<>Golems you only level to 2 and need about 20 exp to level 3, you need to kill at least one of the minions following the red lizard or blue golem to level to 3. That is without awareness Buff.
With Awareness clearing the above combinations gives you level 3 without the need of killing anything extra.

I know you made specific what you meant, but I'ma say this anyways. Clear time is technically killing everything in your jungle once, which makes your side of the map look devoid of jungle life (except maybe Dragon if you're on the blue team).
Ganking frequently happens before level 6, especially with mana-less and sustainable junglers like Lee Sin.
If you want a comparison on clear times, you might want to browse some resources (google plz). Common comparisons of jungling speed include Olaf and Skarnerssss. Warwick is the classic newbie jungler, in that he's the easiest champion to jungle with (but definitely not the fastest).

I never achieve a clear LuL, i usually left Blue alone most of the time in favor of trying to gank (After Red, usually by level 3). And if i do decide to kill blue i do it after i get the razors at least (Usually on my second/Third B, depending how south things went)

Yeah that's a good thing, I feel that now if you take one particular tree you really do miss on other stuff while before it was easier to pick a path and get almost everything that you needed.

It's a bit funny how they want every choice to be powerful / matter, yet the offensive tree is still as "Cookie Cutter" as ever. Defensive tree is real tough.

rawrs... can't decide on 21/0/9 or 9/0/21 for lux D:
The former has the benefit of me being more likely to kill runners with the lazors with both the 6% bonus damage as well as the 5% ap.
The latter allows me to out level my opponent (if they don't have it) and let's me start with 10% CDR instead of 4%.
I think I might go with 21/0/9 for lux :O

Same thing with the 21st defensive point. Not all champions, who go defensive, need that mastery.
