unless you meant that the quest gives the title, in such case, no, i got the title from the box the cat gives when you kill the witch and leave the map.

Oh, I'm really glad it's not like that in Mardia. I only know of 2 people who have one in Mardia. Most people still have trouble finding Angelic Blessings for under 400m lol.
