Possibly a deer Pokémon. Its name could come from deer + fancy + antsy."To dig + Bee" definitely sounds like a Dunsparce evolution to me, since dunsparce has bee markings and a stinger, and digs itself underground.
A snow wolf? pretty cool. if it's true I can't believe it's taken this long for them to add Wolves and Lions as pokemon.
"Moonlight Moth" sounds awesome, a counterpart to Volcarona?
"Lunar Tail" sounds interesting. Absol Evo maybe?

This drawing is like a mixture of all the vague details collected by people who saw it, and finalized into a more or less accurate drawing.
Does anybody else think it might be a legendary? It seems like a very "standalone" design, and seems to mix well with both Xerneas' and Yvetal's themes of life and destruction.
