That is too overpowered. In theory, Quincy's can absorb shinigamy and their hadous, and enslave their rejatsu. Considering how strong that guy is, then even all captains are in danger for this.

The thing is, this "skill" essentially destroys their body. He fits until his bones are essentially dust. I forgot the technique name, but the drawback is death.

Are you talking about the Quincy guy? Where did you get that from?. It obviously means death for the victim, but I doubt It'd be any risk for the user. My point is, if a mere squad leader like the one fighting Ichigo in HuecoMundo can be so strong, imagine the main guys that go with the Quincy king. They must be able to absorb the captains, Yamamoto and even... AIZEN.
Now I see it coming... Quincy King absorbs Aizen => Aizen takes over=> Aizen is back Bleaches...

Yeah the quincy guy is using a skill that essentially sacrifices the body for the sake of battle, hence why he was able to crack his neck back into place. It was introduced very early on.

Yah, this chapter showed absolutely nothing. More like it set the fights for the upcoming chapters. Either next one, all we get to see is these captains obliterated on the floor or they start a fight of 10 chapters, switching fights before they end.
