Hey guys, don't forget that the attendance event starts today.

Phoenix Wright Wrote:There's a few level ranges where there aren't really any good places to grind. 40-45, 60-70 and 90-100 are all lacking in good spots. However, you can still get through those levels pretty easily by just doing the fetch quests around those level ranges - especially if you have a pet to loot etc drops for you.

I did 90-101 in about 15-20 minutes soloing Zak arms with a 2x card and 1.3x part time job buff.

It was kinda funny watching guild chat explode with "omgwtfhax".

I kind of did something like that, but I waited until about 98/99 or so.
Instead of using a 2x card I grabbed a Rune of Decay from Icy Path 1, ported to Zak using Pedro, and killed the arms while the rune buff was still up.

The Altair Hair Tie (gotten during Shade's tutorial quests) has no in-game model at all (not in KMS either). If you fused its look onto a tradeable hat, you'd have a tradeable, permanent transparent hat.

Shade 3rd Job is far, far superior to 2nd job. I'm actually really enjoying it at the moment. Way more than I thought I would.

Okay... After playing with Shade through forth job... I can see I was preemptive with my judgment with this class. Shade is the first pirate class that I actually like.

Forth job is really fun. Bomb Punch has beautiful range, and while it only mobs 3, the skill with the swiping claw is pretty powerful. Makes for a nice variety in his gameplay

v.151 - Rising Heroes: Echoes of Darkness Update Notes - Thorr - 2014-07-13

Bomb punch can hit all 4 Zak arms on a side. It has really good vertical range.

v.151 - Rising Heroes: Echoes of Darkness Update Notes - Phoenix Wright - 2014-07-13

I ignored Bomb Punch in favour of Spirit Claw because Spirit Claw just lets me hold the button down. It has massive range, too.

Right, but you should switch it up based on your situation. Claw is 3 targets with 8 hits. Bomb Punch is 3 hits on 8 targets.

Shade is pretty much what I thought it would be. It's certainly not bad but I can't exactly say it excites me either. I would probably feel different if we didn't already have so many classes.

It is a nice all-rounder though it has good mobbing and bossing and nice mobility and survivability. It's main buffs are passive as well which gives it huge bonus points. Second job probably was the low point of the class but luckily that's over with quick. I'm also not a fan of skills that require you to spam the key over and over but I see they have fixed that with the latest KMST patch so I'll let that one slide. My other main gripe is that the story was a bit weak. I know they sort of had to add it in after the fact but still I expected a bit more.

Holy crabsticks, I actually found a nebulite box while training my shade. On 1x drop no less.

v.151 - Rising Heroes: Echoes of Darkness Update Notes - Phoenix Wright - 2014-07-13

I have found three since the drop rate was raised. Looks like they aren't terribly uncommon now.

Yea, now they are just uncommonly terrible. Monocle

Just hit 171 on my Shade and somewhat enjoying it.. will see if I can bring myself to level to 200 this week.

Are Elite bosses spawning more often or is that just me?

EDIT. UMAD I MIGHT ENJOY SOMETHING YOU KMS NUBS DONT LIKE? keep dropping those pomegranates

v.151 - Rising Heroes: Echoes of Darkness Update Notes - Worthyness - 2014-07-13

Shade is fun. Since I have all the pirate gear from my years on all the pirate classes, I won't need to ever buy anything Big Grin

Yea my knuckle isn't going to be as good as my buccaneer's, but the VIP one looks pretty awesome. I'll get him to 150 for the ring cause it's a lot more fun than my buccaneer right now. The amount of movement + range of skills is just awesome. Storyline is slightly depressing though.

Either with the little hammer icon in your item inventory (when using normal scrolls), or drag it into the spell traces window through the book icon to the left side of your screen, and then the blue square/sword icon (when using spell traces)

Thank you.

So since some of you are high level shades, how high a level do you have to get to to see the end of shades storyline?

I've made it to 4th job for the card and just want to know if I have to put much extra effort in, or just to give up now.

Between 100 and 160, I haven't gotten any quests, also, the quest right after the job advancement in the data is the level 200 quest for Echo, so I would wager there are no other quests between 100 and 200, but I can't say for sure for 161 to 200.

If you don't wish to continue, here is the level 200 quest:
