How is that unfair? Ishtar Ring and Hurricane are exactly the same with these hyper skills. Ishtar Ring is only 8.333 attacks per second, and it hits twice per attack. The only difference is that their AFA hits twice, so in the end they have more hits per second. If they put that phantom Dracula set in the cash shop Im sure it would sell. No Cannoneer skills? Are they planning a small revamp for them perhaps, just like they did for Dual Bladers? I guess Jett will just have to take Corsair skills since the Buccaneer ones revolve around energy.
