How ridiculous that a company with such a large player base cannot solve a issue that is widespread on ALL of their servers. It's not even like this is a game glitch or some other needle in a haystack... I mean, I simply do not get it.

I hope you all realize that they have actually done *nothing* for the past week except bring the servers up & down in hopes of identifying what is making them crash. They have (clearly) failed to do so, across all their games. The amount of fail here isn't even quantifiable.
