Way I figure it, the cards tell a story.
The Major Arcana (those 21 cards) can be used to tell the Fool's Journey.
Fool is thief hero, and the Fool's Journey will be the storyline of the thief hero. It makes so much goddamned sense. [/spoiler]

So Orca is named Orchid in GMS. And her sister is named Lotus, though it's different in KMS. This might be Lotus.

judging from the thief bow, sword, .... from last Kmst patch, my guess would be that it uses card to randomly draw different chars to be transformed to (bow,etc) with special tweaking to the Heros style

KMS just refers to Orca as having a twin.

Inb4 4th Job allows you to summon Aran, Freud and Mercedes from the past, like the corsairs assemble crew.
My bet is on that Lotus (Dammit GMST) pass to the good guys side, explaining why there is no info of him on Francis notebook. And that could also make him the Thief Hero.
Like Demon Slayer, ex-Black Wing member with dark abilities.
