Apparently up to 50% but it's healing nada.

its timed that it can only heal at intervals of 30 seconds, with the cap of healing only at max 50% hp(which would only effect people who do alot of damage)

Asides from that, the healing is pretty much instant and occurs during mid animation if you have Dark Meta active. You would probably never notice it if you're paying attention to buffing.
