If they're available at all i hope it's though an exchange type system. Have a shop that requires 100 specific monster etcs for a scroll and those etcs drop at a 1 in 100 rate or something low but not outrageous. They can put in other stuff too like 50% pinks for 50 etcs or something.

Nexon has lied before, but having them literally say a new "gachapon" system and "mobs give the tickets" in the same paragraph, doesn't seem like they are going to lie to our faces this time.
