Nope. Please recall that you the statement usually comes from the monster's point of view. So if it's saying that it's lost it horn... the mob probably doesn't have a horn.
Though... notedly... I didn't know about that mob xD At least I had totally forgotten about it. That would work for part of the clues... but how does losing a horn -> gaining wings make sense for this one?

I dunno, he's from the future where the beds are softer, the game skips the part where he got his wings. But he clearly lost a horn.

EDIT: oh look izzy finally got it. Unless you're looking for Jr. I thought about guessing that initially but i was too worried about getting it right.
Also there is no lore afaik about cellions/lioners/grupins becoming lucidas so... losing a horn may have never applied. just sayin. In fact there is as much or more evidence for the opposite.
