Also, 3.5mil is quite a lot IMO for some badges. ( if the badges aren't ultra rare.)

It took me literally 15 hours to get 50 NightShadow badges. So 7.5 hours for half that. Badges are rare enough.

More and more, it seems Nexon split this patch in half to fix the bugs on time.
