I assumed this was the effect...I think it was mentioned when they first released it.
Now I have lvl 19 MW....and lvl 1 Awaken....and I was busy building another skill. But since there's no mastery book, there's no worries.

We would have seen this earlier. Higher lvls of Awaken/Hero's Will only reduce the cooldown time, from 10 minutes to 5 minutes.

The exp rates were not adjusted in the files. Chances are they just changed a multiplier on the server.
