But they did, breaking the door in the present meant there wouldn't be a door in the future, thus preveting them all from time traveling and stopping the war. That's why I say it works weirdly. I do hope too they elaborate on it someday.

If you assume it changes the different timelines, you have an endless paradox with the door breaking/no-one coming to the past hence door didn't get broken. If it didn't change them, then it works out fine. It's more like Dragonball, future trunks coming back to the past and stopping goku dying didn't bring him back when he went back to his world, but it did stop the bad ending in the main timeline.

FT's time seems like a hybrid of both theories. The multiple and unique timeline concepts. In one breaking the door causes an infinite paradox of nothing happening / nothing stopping things from happening as you mentioned. In the other breaking the door changes nothing because Future Rogue came from a different timeline where the door was never closed.
What hapepned was breaking the door did wipe Future Rogue and the dragons from coming to the present but didn't erease the memories of anyone nor the colateral damage from the fight. Let's say it's between both.

I was right, Ultear didn't die though. I'm still a bit sad about Ultear becoming an old lady though. Jellal and Meredy need to join Fairy Tail already. Anyways, hopefully Mashima isn't planning on ending Fairy Tail manga soon, since he's putting out three chapters a week. I don't want it to end after the defeat of Zeref/Acnologia.

We can keep arguing in circles about this, but I think I'm going to leave it, we don't have enough information really.
That siad, just read the stream translation, and the whole line between zeref and mavis,
"I'm no longer the existence you can love" is probably the most interesting line. Did mavis and zeref have a close relationship at some point?
But then it makes me wonder, just how long ago did mavis live? She can't be much more than 240 years old, given that Hades and Makarov both tried to pass off leadership at around the age of 80 at latest, but zeref is over 400 years old. Unless she too gained some form of immortality, but chose to become a spirit like she is now in order to be around for the time when zeref went mad again, in which case, did she form fairy tail solely to stop him?
Whatever the answer is, Lumen Etoile will undoubtably be very important in preventing zerefs massacre.

Was shocked/horrified when Natsu and Gray punched Erza. Glad that one of the Kings of Ishgal will be revealed already.

Back middle was Hades/Purehito. Back left was Warren, Front was obviously Mavis. I'm not sure who the back right guy was. If I was going to make a wild guess though, I might say he could be Makarovs father.
If it wasn't for Warren saying it was 105 years ago, I'd have guessed it could have been zeref, but that's 295 years after he went crazy evil, so I doubt it.

I think that's a pretty plausible guess, actually!
By the way, I believe Warren is the telepath in Fairy Tail. The King of Ishgal should probably be Warlot or Warrod (Warrot and Warlod as well?).
