Imo, your squad should be able to do Maxwell once you equip them with good spheres and whatnot. I would replace Dilma with Zelnite though as Zelnite provides BC/HC buff and an emergency BB fill on his BB. He also produces more BC with his normal attacks.
For Lance/Eze dungeons, I'm not sure if "that" specific squad will be able to clear it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's better to go with as many Multi Target BBs as possible to get through the first fights without using items asap. So I'd replace Matah for Zelnite lead and see how that goes. Or replace Lilith with Zelnite, use Matah lead, use a BB-spam friend (Felneus, Uda etc) and see how that goes. I think you should be able to do Lance's dungeon without gemming more than twice against the big bad boss.
For the Eze dungeon, I really don't remember how well Oullu does in that dungeon. But eh, give it a try.
Basically, you might have the units to clear them but you'll have to experiment a bit. It also depends on whether or not you're willing to use a gem to revive. The no gem runs I've seem either have mono-squads, crit squads or the units have two good spheres equipped. So yeah...

1 gemmed Eze. Was going so well until he focused Rashil and then crit Alyut for 2200 with mitigation up lol.
Now to attempt Maxwell after I finish leveling Rashil to 100.

First attempt at Maxwell. Wiped at 30%. Bad RNG screwed me over pretty hard.
EDIT 2:
Second attempt at Maxwell. Wiped at ~27%. I thought Maxwell was supposed to start doing "Double Destiny" at sub 30%, but apparently that's not the case? She was doing it at sub 50% for me.

I've looked at the rare summons and I only looked at the batch overview so I may or may not be giving precise info on this. Since they are only in their 5* forms, I guess they are ok. Kulha (wished it was Kula >:T....) basically has Exvehl's leader skill and zelnite's bb, Tia is a really good healer since she has heal over time on top of the insta-heal and kuda has Phee's leader skill and a mt Michelle's bb. If you don't have those earlier summons that were mentioned and need one now, I say go for it. I got units that were similar to the current meta that I didn't have from the previous event (Lillith/Oulu) so it's probably no different for the other three in the batch.

Current batch is mostly mixtures between other units. They're all "Hybrid" type units, minus Rowgen. Just looking at their S/BBs.
Ulkina is an alternative Tree with an attack SBB
Kuhla is a mix between Michele and Lodin
Tia is a mix between any Burst and HoT healer with a hint of Lodin
Rowgen is Lilith 2.0
Narza is a mix between Oulu and Exvehl with a hint of Lilly
Kuda is a mix between Michele and Duel-SGX
Not really sure if you'd use them for their LS as there's other units that perform better.
In other news, tried 3 summons just to see if I could get any of the new units.

I'm keeping the 2nd Elza just for the hilarity in FH. Double Elza with Maxwell friend and Deemo lead = 30SBB Sparks all day every day.
